Current Job OpeningsFull-Time Bank Trainer - Waumandee Office Waumandee State Bank is seeking a Full-Time Bank Trainer. While this individual is stationed primarily at our Waumandee office, they will also be responsible for on-site new employee training throughout all our eight locations. This person assesses, develops, and conducts bank-wide training for all types of employees, from frontline deposit personnel to loan operations. This individual will create training materials, schedule outside training for our employees, and conduct meetings with different groups of staff. The ideal candidate will work with our staff to create and implement effective training programs. They will also act as a liaison between our Human Resources department and branch managers. Full-Time Teller - Arcadia Office Waumandee State Bank currently has an opening for a Full-Time Teller at our Arcadia office. This individual would be responsible for working with our other frontline staff in helping customers with all manner of daily transactions. Duties also include fielding customer phone calls, daily transaction imaging, and cash handling. Previous teller or bank experience is a plus, but not required. Full-Time Teller - Durand Office Waumandee State Bank currently has an opening for a Full-Time Teller at our Durand office. This individual would be responsible for working with our other frontline staff in helping customers with all manner of daily transactions. Duties also include fielding customer phone calls, daily transaction imaging, and cash handling. Previous teller or bank experience is always a plus, but not required. Full-Time Loan Processor/Teller - Fountain City Office Waumandee State Bank is seeking a Loan Processor/Teller for our Fountain City location. This person would be responsible for preparing loan documents required to close loans as requested by their branch lender(s). Processors also assist in loan servicing by organizing and maintaining loan files. Teamwork between processors and bank lenders is essential to ensure timeliness in meeting loan customer needs. In addition to loan processing duties, this individual would be responsible for working with our other frontline staff in helping customers with all manner of daily transactions. These include fielding customer phone calls, daily transaction imaging, general customer service, and cash handling. Previous teller or bank experience is a plus, but not required.
